We gladly to accept exchanges or returns within 14 days after you collect the package from the post office.
Exchange can be made for any other product, color or size. Replacement of size, color or product is carried out only if the size, color or product is in stock.
A new exchange product will be sent after receiving the product to be exchanged.
Please note, we only accept returns or exchanges within Ukraine. We cannot offer returns or exchanges to other countries.

To arrange a return or exchange, you can contact the Muse customer service team by email at HELLO@MUSEGARDEN.STORE, on Telegram using the nickname @Musegarden or on Instagram @musecloths, stating the product itself, the reason for the return and whether this is an exchange request or to return the product.

Returned items must be shipped in the original packaging with all materials received with the order.
The item must be undamaged, unworn, odor free and must have all tags and labels intact.
The Muse branded package must not be used as an outer package for shipping, meaning the product packaging must be sent in a box.
Swimwear must depart with a sanitary pad in place or it will not be accepted.

Please follow the rules provided to you by the customer service team when sending the return, avoiding any discrepancies.
Items that do not comply with Muse's return policy will not be considered and will be sent back to the customer at their own cost.

The return procedure is possible within 14 days from the moment you picked up the product from the post office. Any currency changes during this period are not refundable.
Refunds are made to your card within 72-120 hours (3-5 days) after we have collected the package from the post office and approved the return after checking all the above mentioned return policy conditions.

All return shipping and import charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. These fees will be deducted from the final refund and are non-refundable.

All products are carefully checked in the warehouse before shipment. However, if a customer receives an item that is not in the correct condition, please contact our team via email at HELLO@MUSEGARDEN.STORE, Telegram @Musegarden or Instagram @musecloths.
